Manual & walk-in work orders

Create repair work orders for customers who arrive without an online booking.

How to use

1. 1 Open the workshop dashboard and choose "New work order".
2. 2 Add the customer and vehicle details, or link an existing customer.
3. 3 Build the estimate, attach photos, and finalize the invoice as usual.

Improvement June 2026

Online estimate approval

Customers can review and approve or reject estimates online before work begins.

How to use

1. 1 Prepare an estimate on a work order and send it to the customer.
2. 2 The customer receives a link and approves or rejects each estimate.
3. 3 Approved estimates move the work order forward automatically.

Track revenue, bookings and completed work orders over time.

How to use

1. 1 Open Analytics from the workshop sidebar.
2. 2 Review revenue, bookings and completed orders by period.
3. 3 Use the trends to plan capacity and follow up on invoices.

Security May 2026

Private, secure attachments

Work order photos and files are stored privately and shared only when you choose.

How to use

1. 1 Upload photos and documents to a work order.
2. 2 Mark which files are visible to the customer.
3. 3 Customers can only open the files you explicitly share.
